The Pink Foundry - Content Design & UX Writing

I flexed my content design muscles on this project by conducting a website usability audit, competitor analysis, and sharing recommendations to improve user experience and conversion flows. I also supervised the Customer Relationship Management facet which entails website copy, emailers as well as WhatsApp communications.
