Fibe - Content Strategy & UX Writing

From conceptualizing 'The Carnival of Upgrades' to incorporating emotion and conversation in design, it was a fun ride. Pun intended :) It was quite a task to convince the stakeholders to introduce pops of colours and fun new characters to a micro-lending app. In the end, it all worked out and helped make the loan application process easy and approachable for the end user.

My Role:

• Participate in the discovery session + brainstorming.

• Drive the content strategy + pitch it to stakeholders.

• Build the stylescape with designers.

• Write app content.
